AI TradeMentor is an educational and informational application designed solely for learning purposes. This application:

• Is NOT a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment firm
• Does NOT provide personalised financial, investment, or trading advice
• Does NOT facilitate real money transactions, trades, or investments
• Does NOT guarantee any financial returns or trading outcomes
• Uses simulated data for educational demonstrations only
• Is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

In accordance with US SEC regulations and EU MiFID II: all content is for general educational purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any securities. Users should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not indicative of future results.

3. EU Regulatory Compliance

This application complies with GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and the Digital Services Act (DSA). EU users retain the 14-day right of withdrawal for applicable digital content purchases and may submit disputes to the EU ODR Platform.

4. US Regulatory Compliance

We comply with the FTC Act, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable SEC & FINRA guidelines. This application is not registered with the SEC or FINRA as an investment advisor or broker-dealer. No content should be construed as investment advice under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within AI TradeMentor are the exclusive property of AI TradeMentor, protected by the US Copyright Act, EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790), and international IP treaties. Users may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful and educational purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the application
• Not use the app for market manipulation, fraud, or illegal activity
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Accept full responsibility for any real-world trading decisions made independently
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

7. Subscription & Refund Policy

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends
• Manage and cancel via your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry
• EU users: 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless you consent to immediate access
• US users: Refunds subject to the platform's (Apple/Google) policies

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI TradeMentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application. The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or US law, including liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, or for fraud.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

EU Users: Governed by EU law and applicable member state law. Disputes may be submitted to the EU ODR Platform.
US Users: Governed by US law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration (AAA rules). Class action waiver applies. Small claims court available where applicable.

10. Accessibility

We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA in compliance with the EU Web Accessibility Directive, European Accessibility Act, US ADA, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting within the app. Material changes affecting personal data processing will seek renewed consent where required by GDPR Article 13.
